A skilled action shooting marksman with solid foundations, an experienced instructor, referee, referee trainer, and shooting competition organizer. Specialized in pistol techniques, proficient with assault rifles, knowledgeable in precision shooting, trained in unarmed and short-blade combat. Capable of surviving in field conditions and handling battlefield first aid. Li introduced the IDPA sport to China, becoming one of the earliest instructors to provide professional civilian action shooting training. Since 2016, he has trained thousands of civilian shooters from zero foundation to qualified IDPA competitors, guided hundreds of them to win awards in international competitions, cultivated dozens of professional shooting coaches, and supported more than ten training institutions and shooting ranges. Most importantly, he has repeatedly trained and guided Chinese military and police personnel in practical shooting and participated in major international competitions.
